You can create a replacement or additional key yourself at the machine in the lobb, for which you will need your reservation number.

During your weekly cleaning, your consumables will be replenished, alternatively you can get them at the reception on the ground floor.

You are welcome to have packages delivered to the hotel, please pick them up at the reception. Alternatively, DHL Packstation 108 is located at Stuttgarter Str. 33, 86154 Augsburg (approx. 2km away).

You will find a Kaufland supermarket at Biberbachstr. 10, 86154 Augsburg, approx. 2.6 km away.

The bar of the Select Hotel is also at your disposal, where you can get drinks as well as various pizzas and tarte flambée. In addition, there is a Grab & Go fridge in the lobby, from which you can also purchase drinks and microwaveable dishes.

These can be purchased at reception.

We clean your room after 7 days for long-term stays, and every seven days after that. If you would like special cleaning days, please let us know via the web app.

We are happy to assist you at the reception of the Select Hotel 24 hours a day.

You can dispose of the rubbish yourself. There is a large rubbish bin outside in front of the hotel in the car park.

You can use your apartment until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. After that, your key card will be automatically deactivated.

You can view and pay your bill at Straiv at any time. You can also use the pad in the lobby for payment.

Dogs are always welcome. Please note that only one dog is allowed per room. The cost is 15 euros per dog per week or part thereof. Companion dogs are free of charge.

In our street you will find the bus stop of line 59. You can take the bus to the stop Oberhausen P&R Nord, from there you can take the tram line 4 to the centre of Augsburg. Please note the departure times of the buses.
