Where can I find the hotel front door code?
We will send you the code for the hotel front door via e-mail before your arrival (3 pm on the day of arrival). This code is valid during your entire stay.
What do I do if the code is on my phone and my battery is dead? How do I get into the hotel?
In this case, please go to the neighboring hotel the niu Flash. The staff there will be happy to help you.
How do I check in?
There are two options:
1) You will receive an email for direct online check-in at 3 pm on the day of you arrival.
2) You can conveniently use our self check-in terminal in the lobby of acora Berlin Living the City. You will find details at the terminal.
How do I open the door to my apartment?
You will receive your apartment key card at our self check-in terminal. You will get detailed information on how to code your apartment key card at the terminal during your check-in process on site. The system will guide you through each important step.
How do I get a new / additional key card?
In this case, please go to the neighboring hotel the niu Flash. The staff there will be happy to help you.
Where can I get new consumables (towels, toilet paper)?
Consumables for daily needs are available free of charge in a cabinet in the lobby.
Can I have a parcel delivered?
The nearest DHL Packstation to which you can have a parcel sent is located at Cauerstraße 3, 10587 Berlin. The number of the DHL Packstation is 248.
Where do I get food for my kitchenette?
The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes walk away.

When will my room be cleaned?
Of course we take care of the cleanliness of your apartment. We will clean it for you every 3 days.
Where can I get something to eat or a coffee at the hotel?
In the hotel lobby there are vending machines where you can buy meals to heat up in your room.
What do I do with my trash?
You can dispose of the garbage independently in the garbage room. You conveniently open the door with your room card. You can also put your garbage on the shoe rack in front of your door. Our staff will be happy to dispose of it for you every day.
Where can I do my laundry?
There is a launderette (Laundry Guest - ground floor) in the hotel. There you can wash and dry your laundry for a fee. For further instructions, please refer to the Miele Wash App notice in the washroom itself.
When do I need to check out?
You can use your room until 12:00 pm on the day of departure. After that, your key card will be automatically deactivated.
How do I pay my bill?
You can view and pay your bill at Code2order at any time. For payment you can also use the terminal in the lobby.
Am I allowed to bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed at acora Berlin living the City, except for recognized assistance dogs.
How can I iron my clothes?
In the laundromat (Laundry Guest - ground floor) there is an ironing station that you can use free of charge at any time.
