How do I get a new / additional key card?

You can create a replacement or additional key yourself at the machine in the lobby.

Where can I get new consumables (towels, toilet paper)?

In the laundry centre on level -1 you will find a shelf with towels, tea towels, toilet paper and waste bags. Please put your used towels in the laundry trolley by the shelf.

Can I have a parcel delivered?

You will find the nearest Packstation in front of the Rewe supermarket, about 250 m away, DHL Packstation 123 (Felix-Wankel-Strasse 18).

Where do I get food for my kitchenette?

You will find a Rewe supermarket (open from 07:00) and Aldi (open from 08:00 to 21:00) 250 m away (out of the hotel on the right).

When will my room be cleaned?

We clean your room after 5 days for long-term stays. If you would like special cleaning days, please let us know via the web app.

Can I heat up food?

There are some microwaves in the lobby. You are welcome to use them.

My air conditioner does not work, what should I do?

With the window open, the air conditioning is deactivated. Close the window and it is operational and can be switched on.

How do I reach someone from the staff?

There is a telephone with programmed buttons in the lobby. You can reach the “acora Team 24/7” via key 1.

What do I do with my rubbish?

You can dispose of the rubbish yourself. You will find the rubbish bins outside - the door can be opened with your code card/pin. You can also put your rubbish on the shoe rack in front of the room. Our staff will then take care of the disposal. We ask you to separate your rubbish. Coloured sack: recycling, Transparent sack: residual waste.

Where can I do my laundry?

You will find washing machines and dryers in the washing centre on level -1. These work with the MIELE app - payment is made online. You will also find an ironing station and wing dryers. These may not be taken into your flat.

When do I need to check out?

You can use your apartment until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. After that, your key card will be automatically deactivated.

How do I pay my bill?

You can view and pay your bill at Straiv at any time. You can also use the pad in the lobby for payment.

Am I allowed to bring my dog with me?

Dogs are always welcome. Please note that only one dog is allowed per room. The cost is 15 euros per dog per week or part thereof. Companion dogs are free of charge.
