The well-being of our guests has been our top priority for over 30 years. For us, it goes without saying that special situations require special measures. That's why every day we do our best to offer you the usual pleasant stay even in times of the pandemic. But what do these measures mean for our guests?

Developments in connection with the novel corona virus and possible future restrictions are dynamic and unpredictable. In order to maintain your flexibility in this situation, we offer you our Best Flexible Rate. This way you keep full control over your reservation. You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Of course, we are also personally available if you have any questions about your reservation in connection with the current situation. Our reservation center is open Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays plus public holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Cashless Payment & Digital Invoice Management. Even in one place. Especially in these turbulent times it is more important to protect us and to further minimize the risk of infection. It is therefore a matter for us to offer our check-in and check-out processes contactless. In order to simplify everything for you and to make your stay with us as special as possible, we offer these options at acora Berlin Living the City.

With the app you can check in digitally, open your room and simply have your bill sent directly to your smartphone. Totally hygienic and completely contactless. Of course, you also have the option of making cashless payments. You can as well conveniently use our app on your smartphone for this.

To protect our guests and employees, the recommended minimum distance of 1.5 meters between staff, guests and people not traveling together is maintained at all times. In areas where wearing a face mask is mandatory it must be worn in all public areas of the respective hotel. During check-in and check-out or when talking to our reception staff, a distance protection made of plexiglass provides additional security.

In order to break potential chains of infection quickly and effectively, all NOVUM Hospitality hotels rely on the Luca app as a digital tool for contact tracing in the event of suspected infection. Our guests can use the app voluntarily and use a QR code to protect themselves and others even better when travelling. All data is transmitted to the responsible health authorities in compliance with the strictest security measures.

Our guests and employees are required to practice careful and regular hand hygiene and to comply with the cough-sneeze etiquette. For your safety, our employees are regularly informed about the latest hygiene regulations and trained accordingly. All surfaces in the public hotel area, including all sanitary facilities and room cards, are heavily frequented and thoroughly cleaned. There are also numerous disinfectant stations for individual use in all our hotels. In addition, if required guests receive a free hygiene set - consisting of a disposable face mask, disposable gloves and a disinfectant wipe - at the reception. We ensure that each guest room is adequately ventilated before reoccupancy and that hotel linen is cleaned using a washing process that ensures the highest possible level of safety.

Your room will be cleaned daily. All surfaces in the hotel room, including the sanitary facilities, are cleaned with disinfectants. If you still do not want the room to be cleaned, we ask that you place the "Do not disturb" card on your room door.

So that you feel safe during your stay with us, all NOVUM Hospitality hotels (located in Germany) offer the purchase of COVID-19 self-tests. Each guest has the opportunity to receive one rapid test per day (nasal swab) to carry out themselves. There are costs of €6.00 ​​per test. Our trained hotel staff will be happy to assist you with any questions. Note: Please note that depending on the requirements of the respective federal state, the test carried out in the hotel is not sufficient as proof of accommodation. You should therefore always find out about the applicable requirements before you start your journey.

So that you as a guest don't have to go without the first refreshment of the day despite the limited catering options, we make sure that breakfast can be offered to you in all hotels. Please note that due to the current situation, this may vary in variety and quality at the moment. NOVUM Hospitality Hotels assure that all food and drinks supplied externally are prepared in compliance with strict hygiene regulations.

Due to the current travel restrictions, our hotel portfolio is very limited. Please understand that we cannot welcome you in all of our hotels at this time. Of course, the closure measures are limited in time so that bookings can be made at a later date. We are confident that we will be able to make our holistic range of accommodation available to you again as soon as possible and look forward to welcoming you back at all of our locations in Europe in the future.
